Completed the High School, What to do next? - International Students Guide

When done with the high schools, there are mixed feelings which you will have, stepping out from the place where you spent all those beautiful years.

Now its time for you to move on. Some take it as a chance to relax, and some get worried about the upcoming future.

Here are few things you can opt for after completing the High School:



  • You can complete your further studies:
Many international students choose to stay in Australia and complete their further studies. They try to gain higher level of qualification like getting diploma, or certification into the field they have interest in. 
  • Return to your home country:
An option always open :D
  • Extend your stay in Australia:
If you are not looking to complete further studies, and wish to extend your stay, than you can do the following:
    • Gain professional work experience. People go for Professional year program, which let them extend the stay in Australia.
    • Apply for a working visa, if you wish to continue the working with your current employer. And they are willing to sponsor for temporary or permanently through Employer Nomination Scheme.
  • Apply for permanent residency:
Australian Govt. allows students to apply for permanent residency. So if you are willing to stay in Australia, you can apply for the same.

Grammar schools can be overwhelming, but with these simple tips you'll know ways to make new friends, learn more effectively: 1. Take out time to meet people: Having friends makes your journey easy and beautiful. So go out there at meets and seminars to meet your kind of people and hit it off. 2. Scheduling is the key! Scheduling seems to be lost in today's students. Random stuff they try to read and achieve. I will suggest scheduling your study times and other things using online management tools. 3. Eat, calculate and don't get broke Students should buy stuff in bulk, and try to avoid junk food. We are not trying to tell you here that don't go out with friends. But to eat healthy when you are home/hostel. 4. Go outing :)
